Then it directly entered the engineering stage review and sent the customer's quotation back in the shortest possible time. After receiving it, the customer immediately replied that it was okay and repeatedly stated that our efficiency was three times that of the previous cooperative supplier. A beautiful story is always so colorful. After receiving the goods, the customer said that there was a problem with a batch of products after inspection. Thousands of miles away, the customer was extremely anxious and disappointed, just like being betrayed by a boyfriend, helpless and angry. After receiving the customer's feedback, Jingbang's production, quality control, warehouse, procurement, and SMT patch processing departments all carried out a comprehensive inspection and self-examination to find out which 环节 had gone wrong. Finally, after data comparison and testing, it was found that the problem lay in a BGA, which led to the PCBA being defective. After opening and testing the same batch of materials, it was found that the BGA purchased from Sweden was completely counterfeit. We were deceived by this component supplier. The procurement department started to contact the BGA manufacturer, but all the replied emails were like stones dropped into the sea, and all the contact methods were interrupted. At this moment, we knew that we could only swallow the bitter pill this time. We not only had to face the customer's anger but also bear all the losses.

Finally, after the problem was solved, during our negotiation with the customer, we learned an even more shocking news. This product was developed by a couple in their own workshop. The delivery time they signed with the customer was less than a week. If the delivery was delayed this time, they would have to pay a huge amount of compensation to their customer, which was no different from going bankrupt.
After learning about this situation, the leadership of Shenzhen Jingbang Technology Co., Ltd. discussed and decided to conduct a comprehensive review of this incident and was willing to send engineers to the United States for free to repair the boards for the customer.
