My Story with Jingbang

sales08@pcb-smt.net

As of September 1, 2021, it has been more than three years since I came to Jingbang. During these years, I have gone from not having a deep understanding of SMT patch processing to having a certain understanding now. I believe many people are like me and think that stories, like wine, become more flavorful over time. But who can deny that? So, please allow me to tell the story of me and Jingbang as someone who has experienced it, or rather, my feelings since I came to Jingbang.

When I first arrived at Jingbang, both the office and the workshop were clean and tidy. There was no smell of machine metal or engine oil (of course, this was because I initially confused an SMT patch processing factory with a mold processing factory). My impression was that the overall environment was good. I thought that since this company is quite large in scale, it should also be very formal and perhaps a bit dull. Of course, this was influenced by the atmosphere of my previous company. But after getting familiar with it for a while, I found that everyone got along very well. Moreover, both Mr. Luo and the Jingbang family have touched me a lot. Maybe it seems ordinary to everyone, but it is really precious to me.

I often have the opportunity to hear Mr. Luo talk about the company's PK culture and management culture. But I think Jingbang also has a very worthy culture to talk about, which is the reading culture and sharing culture.

Reading Culture

As the saying goes, "There are houses of gold in books, and there are beauties like jade in books." So you can see from me that I have neither. It shows that I have read relatively few books. When I was a child, due to the environment, I never had the opportunity to read many excellent books. I believe many of you here can empathize with me.
Seeing that Mr. Luo spends money to "invite" everyone to read books and the company organizes managers to hold reading sharing meetings to share their reading experiences with others, I find it very precious. Although I have not participated in the reading sharing meetings, I have always agreed that reading can bring wisdom and a higher level of inspiration. "One who is filled with knowledge always behaves with elegance." Reading brings us not only simple reading but, more importantly, precipitation. Just like the twelve years that Jingbang has gone through, it is not just something on paper. We have indeed persisted in SMT patch processing services and achieved a certain degree of excellence.
In the past, we spent money to go to school to study. It was said that we spent a sack of money to buy a pile of books, but when we sold them, we couldn't even buy a sack. Now, Mr. Luo spends money to "invite" us to read books. We not only enrich our wallets but also enrich our thinking abilities that cannot be bought with money.

Sharing Culture

From Mr. Luo sharing his methods and experiences in managing the company with more than 5,000 enterprises to the company organizing managers to hold reading sharing meetings to share their reading experiences with others, it can be seen that Jingbang has a sharing environment. A smaller detail is that in the marketing department office, most people come to work with the talent of a chef, and every day everyone shares the dishes they bring with each other. I rarely see such a scene. Sharing is actually the process of teaching others how to fish and being able to receive fish oneself. I also really like sharing my ideas with others. This process allows me to learn how to express my thoughts accurately, also allows me to re-examine my own shortcomings, and even more, allows me to learn the knowledge that I lack from others' ideas. No one is perfect. If you don't know how to share and learn in the sharing process, it will be very difficult for you to grow quickly. It's like the dumplings in a teapot that can't be poured out, losing their meaning. So, please don't be stingy with your ideas!

In addition to what has been mentioned above, Jingbang has many other admirable aspects, such as the bidding reward system, the weekly ten questions, etc. I won't list them one by one. Jingbang is really different from ordinary SMT processing enterprises. It has elevated SMT patch processing to a service, not just in words but from the inside out, which can be reflected in many company systems.
Not long ago, a trainee from Alibaba who came to the company for training asked Mr. Luo such a question: He said, "Mr. Luo, your office is not as luxuriously decorated as mine. Why are you, such a big boss, so simple?"
Mr. Luo replied calmly, "What I pursue is not material enjoyment. I don't think material things can represent anything. Of course, I'm not saying that your pursuit is bad. Everyone has their own pursuit direction, and there is no good or bad."
I think this is a kind of realm. There are so many companies, bosses, and managers in society, but there are very few entrepreneurs. Because those who can truly be called entrepreneurs are not measured by how much property you have, how many houses you have, or how luxurious your car is. That is just a measure of wealth. To reach the level of "home", like what we often hear of "thinkers" and "philosophers", it is a realm that ordinary people can hardly reach. At this time, money is just an accessory, not something that 主导 your thoughts and behaviors. It is about what kind of influence this person brings to others. I am very glad to see that Jingbang has such an entrepreneur as Mr. Luo, who thinks about all the employees of Jingbang and leads the Jingbang family to progress together and realize their self-worth and the company's development.
As the saying goes, "Those who differ in their ways cannot take counsel together." But I know that everyone who comes to Jingbang has a highly consistent goal: to build Jingbang into a high-end SMT patch processing service enterprise and realize their own life values. I also believe that with Mr. Luo's wisdom leading the excellent Jingbang family members to work together, Jingbang will take solid steps forward and fulfill our common mission: to make the country prosperous and strong.
