Be a Qualified Jingbang Person with the Soul of Jingbang

Time flies like an arrow. In a blink of an eye, it has been one year and three months since I entered the big family of Jingbang. Every bit and piece in Jingbang is still vivid in my memory, as if it all happened just yesterday. All the good things are just the intoxication of yesterday, and the faint feeling is the aftertaste at the end. When I pick up the pen and meditate, the past is like smoke, and when I recall it, I am full of emotions, a mixture of bitterness and sweetness. More than anything, I am deeply grateful to Jingbang, this family. Thank you, Jingbang, and thank you, my family.

I first got to know Jingbang from the poster on the company's bulletin board outside. At that time, I was still a happy expectant mother and had not yet become a member of Jingbang. Once, passing by the company's publicity column, I saw a photo of playing basketball on the poster, along with other rich and colorful outdoor activities and the company's introduction. I couldn't really say what was good about it. Since I hadn't had any contact, I just felt really looking forward to it. At that time, I was thinking that after I gave birth to my baby, I would come to work for this company.

A few months later, I joined the Jingbang family as I wished. On the first day I stepped into Jingbang, I felt extremely comfortable. The beautiful and lovely receptionist was very polite. The employees' wish tree on the wall was very warm. Especially, the corridors were filled with green plants on both sides. At first, I applied for the position of a material handler. When the personnel saw my resume, they suggested that I do quality control. I have five years of experience in quality control. Although I have a strong sense of principle and think that I am suitable for and like quality control work, our company is different. We produce high-precision electronic products and offer one-stop fast PCBA prototyping services. Every SMT processing procedure must be strictly checked, and there can be no mistakes at all. I knew nothing about electronic components. To do a good job in the company's quality control, the minimum requirement is to understand the relevant knowledge of electronic components, their performance, and some more professional skills, etc. Otherwise, how could I do a good job in quality control? Quality is the life of the company. We should cherish our lives and respect it even more. When I was not yet capable of doing it well, I decided to stay in the warehouse and start from scratch to learn about materials. I would wait for the opportunity to move on to a more challenging position one day.

On the first day of work, the production line was extremely busy rushing a batch of goods. Jingbang has always advocated that "when one place is in trouble, support comes from all sides." Then I also joined the helping team. In the packaging group, those cardboard pieces were very hard and sharp. After working for half a day, I got several blisters on my fingers and was cut by the cardboard twice. It hurt so much that I wanted to give up immediately. An old employee saw that my hand was cut and quickly found a Band-Aid and put it on for me. Although it was a small gesture, it made me feel very warm. As a new employee, in many companies, new employees are often bullied by old employees. Unexpectedly, here I got the feeling of being like family. What made me even more touched was that the personnel called me as soon as I went to work the next day. They asked me about my feelings on the first day of work very concernedly and asked me if I was used to the working environment here and many other caring words. I was very happy and touched. I was just a new and lowest-level employee, but they cared about me so much? From that moment, a thought quietly emerged in my heart that I would dedicate the rest of my youth to Jingbang and grow and progress together with Jingbang.

The work in the warehouse is simple yet complex. It is simple because we do the same thing every day. It is complex because it may not be difficult to do a thing well, but it is not easy to do it excellently. It requires long-term accumulation of experience and dedicated learning. I started from learning to recognize the most basic materials. After a week, the warehouse clerk resigned. I summoned up the courage to find the personnel. I am more curious and like more different job challenges. I actively recommended myself to the personnel and asked to take the position of warehouse accounting. I had never done it before, but I wanted to give it a try. The personnel also agreed to my request. Since I had never been in contact with it, all the things were new and strange to me. Suddenly, I felt very confused. Facing a new environment, all the faces were unfamiliar. For a person like me with an introverted personality, it was really a big challenge. In the later work contacts, I found that my worries were all unnecessary. The colleagues were all very active in helping me, and they were very easy-going and helpful. It made my originally nervous and scared heart relax a lot. I didn't delay my learning of material knowledge because of doing warehouse accounting. I did the work of warehouse accounting while also serving as a warehouse material handler. As I worked for longer and longer, I knew more and more. Especially under the influence of the company's corporate culture, I had great changes in my thinking and ideas and also began to have goals. In a blink of an eye, three months passed. With the cultivation of our leaders, the cultivation of the company, and the promotion of the personnel, I took the position of warehouse team leader. Although I was a bit ignorant, my confidence grew stronger and stronger. Here, in Jingbang, I understood a truth. As long as you are willing to work hard, as long as you are willing to learn, and as long as you are willing to strive, if you are gold, you will definitely shine in Jingbang. Towards this goal, I will continue to work hard.

Jingbang has such a lovely family and such a caring leader, Mr. Luo. Success is inevitable. I also firmly believe that Jingbang will go better and better. I am not good at expressing myself and don't know what nice words to say. Through this Jingbang story, I would like to sincerely thank our Mr. Luo. Thank you, Mr. Luo, for your teachings. Whenever I have something I don't understand, Mr. Luo will talk to us and enlighten me in many ways. He taught me to always put myself in others' shoes and many ways of dealing with people and things. Although sometimes my attitude was not good, Mr. Luo patiently listened to our complaints in our hearts, then analyzed the reasons for us and told us the handling methods. It made my originally impetuous heart gradually calm down and also made me change a lot. In the future work and life, I will no longer only complain but understand more about communication and tolerance. This is something I have never felt in my previous work career. I am full of gratitude to Jingbang. I also want to repay her with all my strength. Maybe my ability is insignificant, but I will work hard and gradually become stronger to keep up with the development of the company.

I can't list all the good things about Jingbang one by one. Otherwise, it would take two days and two nights. Every company is more or less the same, but I like Jingbang's corporate culture. Although it is manifested in some very small details, take the company's morning meeting as an example. Every Monday morning, the whole company participates in the morning meeting. The content of the morning meeting ranges from praise and awarding to giving out prizes, which is an incentive and praise for the good performance of employees last week. The company's unique song sings the voice of every employee. The company's spirit is mutual help, mutual encouragement, and mutual support. Especially the company's mission: to create an internationally competitive excellent enterprise for the country, to create a world-renowned brand with a hundred years of development for the nation, to provide customers with trustworthy quality and services, and to build a platform for employees to realize their life values. We have already achieved the last two, and hopefully, we can do better. We are working hard to achieve the first two, and we believe we can achieve them in the future.

My story is not exciting. It can even be said that this is just the tip of the iceberg of my work and life in Jingbang. If I were to tell it all, it might take dozens of pages. There is no wonderful and gorgeous language, only the simplest bits of life. Many feelings cannot be expressed in words. In short, in Jingbang, I have learned things that I didn't learn before. Here, I only have gratitude, being moved, and thank the company for its cultivation, thank Mr. Luo for his trust and support, and thank all the family members of Jingbang for growing up with me.
