Transport Delivery

FASTPCBA has shipped to more than 120 countries. We are committed to providing you with flexible transportation options. Once your PCBA order has successfully passed production and testing, it will be promptly transferred to our shipping department. The shipping department at Jingbang Electronics is dedicated to ensuring that your PCBA is dispatched swiftly, without any unnecessary delays or pending processing. The timeline for order delivery can be divided into two key components:

1. Manufacturing Time

Given that PCBA is a customized product, the exact production duration can only be determined after a thorough review of the design documents. However, you may refer to Our Standard Manufacturing Time for a general estimate.

2. Transit Time

This is influenced by the chosen shipping method, the weight of the goods, and the destination country. Below are some standard shipping timeframes for your reference:

  • DHL - International Express: 3 - 7 working days

  • UPS Worldwide Saver: 3 - 7 working days

  • TNT: 4 - 9 working days

  • FedEx: 4 - 7 working days

  • EMS: Typically takes 8 - 15 working days to ship packages to most locations globally.

  • By Air: Goods can be delivered to the customer within 4 - 9 business days.

  • By Sea: For non - urgent orders where the gross weight exceeds 800KG, sea shipping is a viable option. It usually takes 30 - 50 working days to reach the destination port.

Notice: The delivery times provided are approximate, based on statistical analysis. Under special circumstances, the delivery may be extended. While we cannot guarantee on - time delivery, we will make every effort to ensure that orders are delivered as per the scheduled date.

Most international shipments may incur additional costs in the form of duties and taxes. These costs are your responsibility and are determined by the country of import. These costs are separate from the shipping fees, and Jingbang Electronics is unable to estimate or calculate them. For detailed information, please consult your local customs office.

How Do We Ship the Goods?

The transportation department at Jingbang Electronics will first confirm the invoice and packing list with you. Once approved, we will proceed according to the shipping method you've selected:

  1. By Courier: Jingbang Electronics will input the shipment details on the express company's website. Subsequently, the courier company's staff will collect the package from our facility and send it directly to you. Our team will update the tracking number for you, keeping you informed of the shipping status.

  2. By Air: We will get in touch with either our air freight agent or yours. After confirming the freight charges with you, the agent will come to our warehouse to pick up the goods, transport them to the airport, and ensure safe delivery to the destination airport.

  3. By Sea: We will contact our shipping forwarder or the one you've designated. After finalizing the sea freight and local costs with you, the agent will arrange to load the goods from our warehouse onto the vessel.

Shipping Packaging

To safeguard against shipping damage, we use a multi - step packaging approach with different materials for our PCBA:

  • Initially, PCBA orders are individually packaged in vacuum - sealed bubble bags.

  • Following vacuum packaging, the items are placed in our specially designed cartons and cushioned with foam. We have designed several carton sizes to accommodate different PCBA orders.

  • Finally, the carton is strapped for added security. For sea shipments, the cartons are placed on plastic pallets and wrapped with plastic film.
