Microcontroller Unit

For example, when the car owner presses the unlock button, the microcontroller will quickly recognize the instruction and start the subsequent signal sending process.
Wireless Signal Transmitting Module
Equipped with a special wireless signal transmitting module, it can convert the control instructions generated by the microcontroller into radio wave signals that meet the specific frequency band (such as the common 315MHz, 433MHz, etc.) and transmit them in the direction of the car receiving device. This module has strong signal transmitting power and good signal coverage to ensure reliable communication with the car within a certain distance (generally ranging from several meters to dozens of meters, depending on the environment and equipment performance).
Buttons and Circuit Layout
Reasonably laid out buttons are designed. These buttons usually have good tactile optimization and durability design, which is convenient for the car owner to operate and is not easy to be mis-triggered. The circuit wiring inside the circuit board follows strict electrical rules, which not only ensures the good connection between various circuit components but also effectively avoids signal interference and short-circuit problems, ensuring the stable operation of the entire circuit board.
Power Management Section
It has a complete power management function and is mainly powered by small batteries (such as button batteries). The power management system will monitor the battery power in real time. When the power is too low, some remote control circuit boards will remind the car owner to replace the battery in time by flashing the indicator light. At the same time, it also has an energy-saving design. For example, it will automatically enter the low-power mode after a period of no operation, extending the battery life and ensuring the normal use of the remote control key for a long time.
Encryption and Security Mechanism
In order to prevent the illegal remote control operation of the vehicle, the automotive remote control circuit board often adopts encryption technology and encrypts the sent signals. Only the corresponding receiving device on the car can interpret and execute the corresponding instructions by using the same decryption algorithm, thus improving the security of the automotive remote control system and ensuring the safety of the car owner’s vehicle.
